Graham name is history after Ciboodle deal

The Graham family, who founded the Glasgow-based firm more than 20 years ago, bowed out last month after the firm was sold to business software giant Sword Group for an eight-figure sum.

Mike Hughes, the business unit director at Ciboodle, said: "Graham Technology is a name synonymous with quality and success, but Ciboodle represents the future of this company."
Sword yesterday revealed it has snapped up another Scottish acquisition, Aberdeen-based Technology Managers.
The buyout is Sword's second Scottish acquisition in two months and brings the French group's staff in Scotland to more than 500.
