Coronavirus in Scotland: Covid-19 death toll rises by 2
The Scottish government has released new figures on the coronavirus outbreak.
The Scottish government has confirmed that two more people had died from the virus in the last 24 hours.
It brings the total death toll of people who tested positive for Covid-19 to 2,472.

Hide AdConfirmed cases of the virus have now reached 18,130, an increase of 26 on the day before.


The number of patients in hospital with confirmed or suspected coronavirus stands at 519.
Seven people are now being treated for the virus in Scotland’s intensive care units.
Since March 5, 3,967 people treated in hospital for Covid-19 have recovered and been discharged.
