Usually this is around the time clubs start to grow concerned with the transfer deadline around the corner. However, this, of course, isn’t normal times with the window open for another six weeks or so allowing clubs to make tweaks, see how things develop with the current squad.
Celtic and Rangers are both keen on making additions to their squads, while Hibs grow nearer a new signing of their own. Perhaps most interestingly, will be how Livingston replace Lyndon Dykes who is set for a £2m switch to QPR in the English Championship.

Scottish Football LIVE - latest news, transfer speculation and more (17/08/20)
Toney deal accepted
Brentford have had a bid accepted for Old Firm target Ivan Toney by Peterborough United.
TalkSPORT report an offer of £10m with £6.5m has been made.
Celtic have previously had a bid rejected, reportedly, for the striker.
United to move for Murphy
Dundee United are planning a surprise swoop for Rangers star Jamie Murphy.
The Scottish Sun report United boss Micky Mellon has targeted the out of favour winger to add attacking guile to his team.
Murphy spent the second part of last season on loan at Burton Albion where he impressed hugely but it hasn’t been enough to force his way into Steven Gerrard’s plans.
Celtic WON’T sell Odsonne Edouard
Kris Commons doesn’t believe Celtic will sell Odsonne Edouard.
The ex-Parkhead ace reckons the “ship has sailed” and that it doesn’t matter if the club reach the Champions League group stages or not.
He told the Daily Mail: "The suggestion seems to be that a failure to reach the group stage of the Champions League would inevitably hasten his departure prior to the transfer window closing in October. I totally disagree with that. For me, there's absolutely no chance that Celtic will even contemplate selling their star striker at this late juncture. That ship has sailed.
"The season is already under way. If they were of a mind to cash-in on Edouard, they'd have done it six weeks ago to give themselves time to find a suitable replacement."
Celtic linked with defender
Celtic have been linked with a move for Sampdoria defender Omar Colley.
According to reports in Italy, the Serie A side are happy for the Gambian international to move on.
Samp signed the player from Genk for €10m but are hoping to use the interest in him from Newcastle United, Burnley and Celtic to get €15m.
McCrorie set for shock Dons move
Ross McCrorie is set to join Aberdeen in a shock move, report the Daily Record.
The Dons have taken advantage of the lack of progress in the player’s proposed move to Hibs who have bid twice for the midfielder.
They have agreed a loan deal with Rangers with a six-figure fee to make the deal permanent.
McCrorie is set to have a medical today.
