Brazil World Cup winner reveals Celtic 'opportunity'

Campaigners hang notes that read "Right for education is a basic human right", in different languages outside Berlin's education administration building to demand access to local schools for refugees. According to Fluechtlingsrat-Berlin, an organisation that campaigns for refugee rights, at least 1,500 refugee children and youth are still waiting to be allotted a spot in a local school, despite promises from city officials and German law that requires refugees to be given education.
